Call for Chefs for Sixth Annual Coastal Uncorked Farm to Table Event at Thompson Farms & Nursery

The Myrtle Beach Area Hospitality Association is in the midst of planning the sixth annual Farm to Table, a Coastal Uncorked event, to be held on September 27, 2015 at Thompson Farm and Nursery in Conway, SC. Chefs are invited to participate as featured chefs. Chefs will be paired with one other Chef and will have the ability to collaborate on a dish. During the event, culinary arts students from HGTC will assist with service and front of house operations. At Farm to Table, Chefs will have the opportunity to explain in detail the dish that was created for the patrons to walk away with a better understanding of the craft. This event will have roughly 250 guests attending and will feature 12-13 chefs, highlighting 6-7 courses. Two complimentary tickets to the event will be given to each participating Chef.
